# `flights.booking_not_serviceable` — Booking cannot be serviced

**HTTP status:** 409  
**Retryable:** no — change the request or the flow first

## When it happens

Post-booking requests need a ticketed booking that has not been fully cancelled or flown.

## What to do

Check the booking's `status` and `nextActions`.
