**HTTP status:** 503  
**Retryable:** no — change the request or the flow first

## When it happens

No exchange rate is configured between the fare currency and your wallet currency, so the fare cannot be priced safely.

## What to do

Search in your wallet currency, or contact support to configure the rate.
