# `flights.ticket_not_issued` — Ticket not issued yet

**HTTP status:** 409  
**Retryable:** no — change the request or the flow first

## When it happens

The e-ticket document exists only once the booking is `ticketed`.

## What to do

Wait for the booking to become `ticketed`, then download the ticket.
