# `quota.look_to_book_exceeded` — Look-to-book ratio exceeded

**HTTP status:** 429  
**Retryable:** yes — the same request may succeed later (reuse your Idempotency-Key)

## When it happens

Your agency searches far more than it books. Searching is paused until the ratio recovers; booking endpoints keep working.

## What to do

Reduce repeated or automated searches (cache results, avoid price scraping) and convert more searches into tickets. Contact support if you believe this is wrong.
