Short answer: QuickOTA's B2B Panel costs nothing to open or keep. For each booking you pay the fare plus an itemised service fee, both shown before you book, and you add your own markup when you sell. The white-label booking website is a paid monthly plan, and the flight booking API is currently free for agencies with their own technical team. We quote both on request.

What each product costs
QuickOTA has three ways to work with us. The B2B Panel is free and is where most agencies start. The white-label website and the flight booking API are for agencies that want their own brand online or want to connect their own system. There is no setup fee for any of them.

B2B Panel: what you pay per booking
B2B Panel access is free. You only pay when you book: the fare and an itemised service fee. The panel shows both before you confirm, and again in your booking details, so you know your real cost before you quote your customer.
Flight service fees are itemised by type, for example issue, change date, cancellation and void. They are worked out the same way at search, at quote and when you book, so the number you see is the number you pay.
Illustrative example (round, hypothetical numbers, not a real fare):
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Fare shown in the panel | USD 400 |
| Itemised service fee | USD 10 |
| Your cost | USD 410 |
| Your markup (you decide) | USD 40 |
| Your customer pays | USD 450 |
How the prepaid wallet works
You pay for bookings from a prepaid wallet in your panel. There is no minimum deposit: top up the amount you need, online or by bank deposit. Every top-up and booking appears in your transaction history, and you can get low-balance alerts.
- Search before you pay. Approved agencies can search and compare fares before their first top-up.
- Hold, then pay. You can hold a flight booking (this creates the PNR) and ticket it after you top up. Check the fare rules for how long the fare can be held.
- Refunds go back to the wallet. Approved refunds are credited back to your QuickOTA wallet.

How to get access: four steps
There is no self-signup. Our team reviews every agency before opening an account, which keeps the network to genuine travel businesses. It costs nothing at any step.
- Send a partnership request. Fill in the short form. You need a registered company or a valid travel agency (tourism) licence from your country.
- We review your request. If we need anything else, we contact you. We reply within one business day.
- We open your panel. You get your login and can search fares straight away.
- Top up and book. Add funds to your wallet and make your first booking.
QuickOTA does not require IATA accreditation. QuickOTA issues the ticket for your booking. You are responsible for meeting your own country's rules for selling travel.
White-label website: monthly plan plus modules
The white-label website is a paid product. You choose a monthly plan, then add the modules you need from the built-in store. Each module is priced separately. There is no setup fee. Contact us for a quote based on what you want your site to do.
What it includes: a booking website on a QuickOTA subdomain, a page builder with blog and landing pages, built-in on-page SEO checks, and your own custom domain with automatic HTTPS. One login manages both your B2B Panel and your website.

Flight booking API: currently free for technical teams
The flight booking API is currently free for agencies with their own technical team. We confirm this in a call before you start. If your project needs more support from our team, we quote a fee. The API covers flights today; hotels are not available through the API yet.
It is a REST API with API keys, webhooks and idempotency, documented with OpenAPI in the developer portal.

What's live today
Flights are live today: search, hold and ticket. Hotels, tours, visas and group requests are coming soon and will appear in the same panel and the same wallet, so you won't need a new account when they launch. You can tell us which ones you need in the partnership form.
FAQs
Is the B2B Panel really free?
Yes. B2B Panel access is free. There is no setup fee, no subscription to book and no minimum wallet deposit. For each booking you pay the fare plus an itemised service fee, both shown before you book.
Is there a free trial?
You don't need one. The B2B Panel itself is free. Send a partnership request, we review your agency and open your panel, and you can search fares before you top up.
Why do you review agencies instead of letting anyone sign up?
We only work with genuine travel businesses. Reviewing each request protects the agencies on the network. To open an account you need a registered company or a valid travel agency (tourism) licence from your country.
Do I need IATA accreditation?
No. QuickOTA does not require IATA accreditation; QuickOTA issues the ticket for your booking. You are responsible for meeting your own country's rules for selling travel.
How much should I top up first?
There is no minimum. Top up the amount you need for the booking you are making, online or by bank deposit.
Why don't you publish white-label and API prices?
They depend on what you need: the plan, the modules and the support your project requires. Send a request and we will quote for your case. There is no setup fee.
Can I start with the panel and add a website or API later?
Yes. Most agencies start in the B2B Panel. You can add the white-label website or the API later; one login manages your panel and your website. Read Panel vs API vs White-Label.
