IBTM World 2026

IBTM World 2026 is a global trade show for the meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) industry. It takes place from 17 to 19 November 2026 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. It is for event planners, MICE and incentive agencies, destinations, hotels, venues and event technology providers. It is a business event, not a consumer show.

About IBTM World

IBTM World is organised by RX (Reed Exhibitions). The organiser describes it as the global hub of the events community, where the business events industry meets, shares and learns over three days in Barcelona.

According to the organiser, visitors can meet 2,500 destinations, hotels, event technology providers and suppliers from more than 150 countries. The event combines:

• A show floor with exhibitors from across the business events industry.
• A conference programme focused on ideas shaping the future of events.
• Pre-scheduled meetings, with a personalised diary that connects planners with suppliers.
• A Hosted Buyer programme. The organiser says eligible Hosted Buyers receive complimentary flights, accommodation and more.
